At Ampact, we are committed to empowering children to succeed in school and beyond. As an Early Learning Tutor, you will play a vital role in helping our youngest learners develop essential skills and build a strong foundation for future academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with classroom teachers to enhance daily activities and support student learning
  • Help children ages 3-5 develop early reading and math skills through engaging and interactive activities
  • Track student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and coaches
  • Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores into data software
  • Represent Ampact at school events and share your experience with the community to raise awareness about the importance of early childhood education
Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in English for speaking, reading, and writing
  • Able to understand and follow instructions
  • Dependable and have a history of good attendance
  • Open to making improvements based on feedback
  • Competent with basic computer skills (like email and navigating online)
