Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school team in Malden, MA.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of student behavior to identify underlying causes.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to promote positive behavior changes.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to provide training and support.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure effective implementation of interventions.
  • Provide consultation and direct services to ensure the effective implementation of interventions.
Qualifications:
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience in a school setting or working with children.
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
