Operations Director

CVS Health is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Store Management team, you will play a critical role in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage store operations, including sales and inventory management, employee staffing and training, and financial management.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve operational and service performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and drive store growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive store environment.
- Advanced analytical and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Experience in retail management or supervision, with a strong understanding of sales and inventory management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
