Job Responsibilities:
What you will do


As a Transportation Supervisor/Dispatcher, you will oversee a fleet of 10+ drivers and manage driver availability to enhance fleet productivity.

Regularly assess Profit/Loss for your designated area and identify strategies to boost profitability.

As a Transportation Supervisor/Dispatcher, your responsibilities will include:

Fostering high-performing drivers through daily engagement, coaching, and positive reinforcement.
Ensuring drivers meet home time expectations by effectively managing commitments.
Maximizing Profit/Loss for all assigned tractors and trailers.
Proactively overseeing safety performance to meet insurance and claims cost targets as a percentage of revenue.

Qualifications:
What you need to bring

Prior experience in the transportation sector is preferred.
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Ability to lead and motivate others.
Exceptional communication skills are essential.
Capability to thrive in high-pressure situations within a fast-paced environment.
