We are seeking a skilled Med Surg/Intermediate Float Pool Nurse to join our team at Saint Luke's Health System. As a Float Pool Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple locations, including Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City, Saint Luke's North, Saint Luke's East, and Saint Luke's South Hospital.

Shift DetailsThe shift details for this position are as follows:
- 6:45 am to 7:15 pm
As a Float Pool Nurse, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide high-quality patient care. You will be accountable for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and supervising other patient care staff.
You will be responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.

Job RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross certification
- Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS) certification
- Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS) certification
- Associate Degree in Nursing
This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
