We are seeking a PRN experienced acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our team at Trident Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a 28-bed medical/surgical ICU with a cardiac and small neuro patient population.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Participate in GME teaching and education initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practice evidence-based protocols.
- Acute care certified NP or licensed PA.
- ICU experience required.
- Proficient in routine Critical Care procedures, including central and arterial line placement, intubations, and management of mechanical ventilation.
- Ability to work PRN, 4-6 shifts per month, with a mix of days and nights.
