Job Title: Production Line Worker

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Line Worker to join our team in Princeton, IN.

About the Role:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are committed to delivering high-quality products. As a Production Line Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including assembly, inspection, and packaging of vehicles.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform repetitive work motions and fine hand manipulation/motor skills
  • Stand and walk for extended periods, with moderate lifting up to 20 pounds
  • Use air/power/vibrating tools and machinery safely
  • Work with small vehicle components

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A safety-first mindset
  • Be 18 years old or older at time of application
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong work ethic with dependable, reliable, and consistent on-time attendance
  • Ability to comprehend written standardized work documents
  • Perform basic math and learn machine operations
  • Visually identify defects based on set standards
Work Schedule:

Shifts run Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts and/or overtime. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including:

  • 1st Shift: 6:30 am to 3:15 pm
  • 2nd Shift: 7:15 pm to 4:00 am
