Role Summary:

We are in search of a driven and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to fulfill the role of Clinical Operations Manager. This position entails overseeing the daily functions of our ABA therapy center, ensuring that our team of BCBAs delivers superior service to clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to a team of behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians.
  2. Design and execute personalized treatment strategies grounded in applied behavior analysis principles.
  3. Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments and create behavior intervention plans as required.
  4. Track client progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  5. Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care and skill generalization.
  6. Maintain adherence to all applicable ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
  7. Oversee administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, billing, and staff development.
  8. Encourage a positive and nurturing work environment that fosters professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications:

  1. Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  2. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
  3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering ABA therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  4. Strong clinical expertise, particularly in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, families, and colleagues.
  6. Proven leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and mentoring clinical staff.
  7. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in applied behavior analysis.
  8. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all job aspects.
