Job Title: Financial Services Specialist

The estimated salary for this role is $23-$26.99 per hour.

About the Role

This position involves handling inbound calls from financial advisors and associates, entering new account information, and updating existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle inbound calls, answer customer inquiries, and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Processing: Receive, classify, and summarize documents and information, as well as enter new account information and update existing accounts.
  • Record-Keeping: Record transactions, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Experience: A bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in finance.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this role.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus, but not required.
