At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we're committed to bringing joy to our guests and communities. As a Froster, you'll play a vital role in creating our signature cakes and contributing to a superior service experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow Proprietary Recipe and Application Methods: Ensure precision and productivity in following our proprietary frosting recipe and application methods.
- Utilize Measuring Instruments and Equipment: Effectively use measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes.
- Prioritize Cake Pre-Orders and Walk-In Orders: Prioritize cake pre-orders according to schedule and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
- Maintain Supply and Inventory: Ensure an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case and maintain appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels.
- Adhere to Health and Safety Guidelines: Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes, as well as product rotation standards, and maintain frosting and refrigeration logs.
- Monitor Inventory and Notify Management: Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
- Evaluate Products and Processes: Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure NbC standards are met and inform management of any quality control issues.
- Clean and Sanitize Workstation: Clean, sanitize, and restock workstation, ensure frosting supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next shift, and wash any equipment in the absence of the Dishwasher/Utility Employee.
- Comply with Health and Safety Guidelines: Comply with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
- Maintain Work Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Requirements: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant or in a food service environment is a plus. Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
Compensation: $14.00 per hour
