Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Case Manager to join our Personal Injury department in Boca Raton, FL.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will work directly with our Personal Injury team, providing exceptional client service, managing case files, and communicating with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage case files and perform case management procedures.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other case managers to resolve personal injury claims.
  • Communicate with clients regarding doctor's appointments and work with them to provide required documents.
  • Interact with insurance companies as needed and facilitate communication with adjusters.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Bilingual, fluent in English/Spanish. Creole is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload effectively.
