Senior Manager, Quality Assurance Specialist

Sol de Janeiro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Quality Assurance to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Quality Assurance department and develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control department to ensure seamless integration of quality processes.
- Develop and maintain training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Collaborate with the Regulatory department to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a quality role within the cosmetics industry or similar.
- Knowledge of quality systems and cosmetics cGMP (ISO 9001, ISO 22716, etc.).
- Experience performing quality audits and assessments.
- Experience with quality metrics and reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively.
- NetSuite experience is preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $110,000-$135,000 USD.
- Eligibility for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
