Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Recruiter to join our team at Jackson Healthcare. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our virtual nursing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified clinical professionals.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes, including developing job descriptions, managing job requisitions, and conducting interviews.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience through regular communication and timely updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive recruitment experience in nursing or healthcare.
  • Proven experience in nursing recruitment, preferably in a virtual environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
