Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at RJW Logistics. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods throughout our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move goods throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods from trailers and containers, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to achieve daily and weekly goals, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Perform daily forklift maintenance inspections and report any issues to management.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
- 3-6 months of experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment in a warehouse environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse certifications a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
