Job Summary:

Exxpress Tire is seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to transport goods safely and timely to our customers throughout the Greater Rochester Area. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the accuracy of outbound and inbound merchandise, collect and verify the correct paperwork and monies from customers, and work collaboratively with the dispatcher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload merchandise
• Perform basic truck safety checklists
• Meet delivery deadlines
• Obtain the proper signatures upon transfer of goods when needed
• Assist customers in the unloading and verification of their order's accuracy
• Collect and verify the proper payment for delivered goods
• Communicate with dispatch regularly throughout the day
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Maintain a valid NY Driver's License
• Perform miscellaneous warehouse duties as assigned
• Drive safely and considerately
• Pull product to fill orders
• Notify your supervisor immediately if your license has been suspended, expired, or of any new driving violations

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Clean valid NY State Driver's License
• 3 years of licensed driving experience
• Good customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a professional appearance
• Forklift and Picker experience is not required but is considered a plus
