Server Job Description

LaRosa's is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take orders and process payments accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest needs
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
