Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Interact with customers to provide information about memberships and services.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  4. Develop relationships with customers to promote new memberships and services.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Certified fitness trainers or instructors are preferred.
  • Conversational Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods is essential.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $38,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
