Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for managing casework and providing exceptional advocacy skills to represent clients effectively.

This hybrid role offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment, allowing you to balance office and virtual work. You will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy to drive results and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage casework and provide exceptional advocacy skills to represent clients
  • Leverage expertise in civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy to drive results
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Georgia and membership in good standing with the state bar
  • 2-10 years of civil trial litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
  • Exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Salary:

$115,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience
