About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at one of our various locations, including Rehab, Long-term Care, Memory Care, and Assisted Living. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience, preferably with a background in geriatric care and rehab settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and provide basic nursing care to geriatric residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as needed
  • Document resident assessments and interventions accurately and timely
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A current LPN license in Missouri and Illinois
  • Current CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within six months
  • IV certification
  • Two years of experience in long-term care and rehab settings
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, transfer patients, and push/pull equipment weighing over 40lbs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
