Responsibilities

  • Treatment Planning: Assess the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of patients and develop personalized treatment plans to restore physical functions and improve overall well-being.
  • Patient Education: Instruct and counsel patients effectively on exercises, home programs, and patient education to ensure optimal recovery and prevention of future injuries.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with patients, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and timely progress updates.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Certifications: Current California PT license required; graduate/doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Skills: Excellent work ethic, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
  • Experience: Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
