Aequor Technologies is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in the prevention of academic failure in schools. Your expertise will be integral in identifying students with communication disorders and informing instruction and intervention. You will provide intervention that is tailored to the age and learning needs of each individual student, using evidence-based practice. Additionally, you will be responsible for configuring schoolwide programs that employ a continuum of service delivery models in the least restrictive environment for students with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Prevention: Collaborate with schools to prevent academic failure through evidence-based practice
• Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify students with communication disorders and inform instruction and intervention
• Intervention: Provide tailored intervention to students with communication disorders
• Program Design: Configure schoolwide programs that employ a continuum of service delivery models in the least restrictive environment
• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and interpret data to inform instruction and intervention
