Maintenance Expeditor

At Heritage Grocers Group, we are committed to excellence in all aspects of our operations. As a Maintenance Expeditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of all equipment to service our customers while maintaining high standards in quality and safety.

• Dispatch technicians and vendors to ensure timely resolution of equipment issues
• Manage and close tickets in a timely manner to minimize downtime
• Process material payments and credit card reports to maintain accurate financial records
• Oversee all open work orders to ensure completion and follow-up
• Control rental expenses and maintain accurate records
• Prepare weekly exterior lighting reports and free-on monthly reports
• Coordinate equipment rentals and special requests as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in construction and maintenance departments
• Retail Store Operations or Retail Store Support for Supermarkets
• Bilingual: Spanish and English preferred
• Preventive Maintenance (PM) Planning and Scheduling
• Work Flow and Materials Management
• Experience with CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) and SAP
• Competence to effectively maneuver Microsoft Office
• Attentiveness to diligence and discipline to maintain data integrity

• WALKING: Continuously, throughout shift, while moving about the store and handling merchandise
• STANDING: Continuously, throughout shift
• LIFTING: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
