We are seeking an Experienced Tax Preparer to join our team at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, Inc. As a Tax Preparer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service while connecting with clients in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely tax preparation services to clients
- Conduct client interviews to gather necessary information for tax preparation
- Prepare and review tax returns for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with clients regarding tax preparation and any issues that may arise
- 2+ seasons of previous experience completing individual, trust, and/or partnership tax returns
- Passion for providing extraordinary customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn
- $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
