Route Sales Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth? As a Route Sales Representative at Bimbo Bakeries USA, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, and rotating products on store shelves to ensure the best quality and freshness. You will also drive sales through the acquisition of new display space, incremental displays, and by using sales data to establish other store-level plans.
We offer a competitive salary of $316.00 base + commission, averaging around $50,000 - $60,000 annually, along with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge and ensure accurate rotation and stocking of products
- Drive sales growth through effective communication with customers, identifying new opportunities, and leveraging sales data
- Establish strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service, and ensuring promotions are executed as planned
- Conduct daily route settlement procedures to account for all products, invoices, and cash while maintaining proper inventory counts
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card
- Physical ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods, as well as perform frequent reaching and use of fingers
