We are seeking an experienced and skilled Orthopedic Clinic Manager to oversee our clinical operations, lead a team of physical therapists, and ensure high-quality care for our patients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary range of $105,000.00 - $120,000.00, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance options, as well as retirement benefits and investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
  2. Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  3. Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  4. Monitor patient progress and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize recovery.
  5. Conduct patient evaluations and provide hands-on care as needed, adhering to best practices in physical therapy.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources and other healthcare providers to promote clinic services.
  7. Manage clinic budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining operational efficiency.
  8. Prepare and present reports on clinic performance, patient outcomes, and team productivity to upper management.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a physical therapist in California.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a patient-centered approach.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Desired Experience
  • Prior clinical experience as a physical therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of improving clinic operations and patient outcomes.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinic management software.

Relocation assistance is available for this role, with a required relocation package provided by the employer.
