We are seeking a talented Nurse Manager Dialysis Program to join our team, responsible for overseeing the operations of our dialysis centers and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care possible.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in dialysis and leadership roles. They will be able to effectively manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to the development of our company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the dialysis center, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Mentor and develop staff members to improve their skills and advance their careers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- At least 6 years of experience in dialysis, including leadership roles.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and other software applications used in healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
