Lead Person in Charge

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Person in Charge to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving club performance, maintaining policies and procedures, and delivering a positive service experience to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit strategic thinking and sound decision-making through knowledge and utilization of business data
  • Model leadership competencies to build credibility and act as a champion for business growth
  • Provide honest and timely direction and feedback to drive business results
  • Execute business expectations within expected timeframes by setting clear expectations and utilizing accountability

Team Member Engagement:

  • Support team member engagement within all areas of responsibility to enable the application of policies, procedures, and compliance
  • Drive a culture of development, ethical decision making, and engagement
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment and experience for team members

Member Experience:

  • Guarantee service excellence through all points of contact
  • Set service standard expectations for all team members
  • Provide team support and empowerment to resolve every member concern
