Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Hand Therapist to join our team at Select Physical Therapy. As a key member of our hand therapy program, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to achieve optimal hand function and mobility.
  • Provide hands-on therapy services, including custom splinting, exercise programs, and education on proper hand care.
  • Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Contribute to case management and quality patient care initiatives.
  • Maintain positive relationships with facilities and clients, enhancing and expanding client relations.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy.
  • Specialty certification or licensure in Hand Therapy.
  • National registration and state licensure or registration required for CHTs.
  • Minimum of two years experience in custom splinting, pre and post-op orthopedic required.
  • Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation, hand and splinting experience required.
  • CPR certification.
  • Valid state driver's license.
