Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communication between the kitchen staff and guests to ensure order accuracy.
- Ensure that all meals are presented beautifully and meet quality standards.
- Provide guests with detailed information about menu items and assist them with their selections.
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude throughout the shift.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall dining experience.
- At least 6 months of experience in the food service industry, with a preference for guest service roles.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Basic mathematical skills are required.
- Exceptional verbal communication and guest service abilities.
- Professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
- Ability to manage stress and maintain composure in busy situations.
- Physical demands include standing or walking for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing tasks requiring manual dexterity.
