We are seeking an experienced Senior Intelligence Analyst and Trainer to join our team at Sigma Defense. As a key member of our training operations team, you will provide expert guidance on identification, development, and validation of requirements for assigned area of warfare operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise as lead analyst to support identification, development, and validation of requirements for assigned area of warfare operations.
- Review warfare doctrine, TTP, and best practices to ensure de-confliction between Naval and Joint or Coalition organizations.
- Assist in the development of synthetic exercise scenarios, to include war-game design and build, as well as producing supporting documents to include manning documents, messages, and orders.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in the following: subject matter expert for respective task requirements, navy and or defense training operations, policy, doctrine, systems, and staff procedures, managing and prioritizing large, complex projects, conducting fleet/joint training assessments, team and/or project leader, leading working groups and cross-functional teams, leveraging best practices, and handling multiple tasks and interruptions.
- Possess or have the ability to obtain an active Top Secret security clearance or higher.
