Loan Processor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team at Sonic Title Agency. As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage loans from application to closing.

• Loan Package Preparation: Assemble and submit loan packages to underwriters for approval or denial, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
• Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between applicants, mortgage brokers, loan officers, real estate agents, and underwriters to facilitate loan approval.
• Loan File Management: Ensure loan files meet lending and regulatory guidelines and policies, maintaining detailed documentation of the process.
• Borrower Support: Assist borrowers in determining the best mortgage type based on their situation, providing guidance and support throughout the loan process.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Experience: 2 years minimum experience in loan processing required.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and time management skills, mortgage lending experience, and loan knowledge.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
