As a Psychiatrist with NaphCare, you will be responsible for maintaining overall clinical responsibility for the mental health programs within the facility. This includes overseeing the completion of mental health screenings and evaluations, performing sick call visits and chronic care visits, conducting rounds in all units, and formulating a working diagnosis, developing and implementing a treatment plan, and evaluating/ modifying therapeutic regimens to promote positive patient outcomes.

You will also coordinate, lead, and participate in educational training activities related to mental health care.

", "Qualifications": "Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must hold a current, unrestricted Psychiatrist license in CA, have a current DEA registration, a valid CPR card, and be board certified. You must also be eligible or qualified by the state laws/regulations to practice psychiatry and have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in primary care specialty of psychiatrist with administrative experience.

You must possess strong written communication and verbal skills, as well as strong computer skills.
