Responsibilities

As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys with file handling, drafting routine pleadings, discovery, motions, and other documents. You will also be responsible for developing skills in the use of trial presentation technology to assist attorneys in trial preparation and presentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for using basic knowledge of discovery and litigation process in the state of operation to assist attorneys with file handling.

Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with prior litigation or paralegal experience, a paralegal degree/certificate/certification, medical training, or relevant coursework or legal studies degree. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of paralegal Discovery and trial experience, preferably in Insurance Defense. Plaintiff's personal injury experience will also be considered.
