Job Summary:
As a CDPAP Consumer Support Representative, you will provide exceptional support to our consumers and their personal assistants, ensuring seamless service delivery. Your expertise in customer service and problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
About the Role:
This role involves responding to inbound and outbound calls, initiating follow-ups, and maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions. You will also perform administrative tasks, such as routing mail and email, and providing support to assigned projects. To excel in this position, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a demonstrated understanding of working with individuals with disabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 6-month call center experience preferred; or 1-year customer service.
- Bilingual required.
Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. The salary may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Certain positions may also be eligible for a performance-based incentive as part of total compensation.
