Emergency Nurse

LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled Emergency Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and development.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act, Standards of Practice, and defined by ANA, ENA, BSBHS, and organization protocols, policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Develops, implements, evaluates, and revises plan of care based on physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs of the patient/family.
• Collaborates with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to provide quality care delivery.
• Maintains clinical knowledge and skills competency to facilitate patient care in accordance with current standards of practice.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State, if resident of that state.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in emergency services or 3-5 years' experience in acute care.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
