Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist with expertise in various imaging modalities including OB/GYN, Abdominal, and Vascular ultrasound. This role is essential in ensuring comprehensive ultrasound services are available 24/7, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
- Assist in maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Preferred Experience:
- A minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience is preferred.

Educational Requirements:
- Graduate or current student from an accredited program in diagnostic medical sonography or related field.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Ultrasound/Sonography is preferred.
- Current clinical experience with ARDMS registry is acceptable.

Special Skills:
- Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment and familiarity with patient care technology.
- Knowledge of McKesson PACS and Epic EMR is advantageous.

Licensure:
- Candidates must be registry eligible through ARDMS, with required registrations in Abdomen (AB), OB/GYN (OB), and Vascular (VT) to be completed within specified time frames.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 90 days of hire.
