About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Principal Consultant to join our Modern Apps team and leverage their specialized expertise in designing, developing, and implementing full-stack applications for our clients at Lovelytics. As a pivotal member of our team, you will serve as a modern applications solution architect, creating impressive interfaces for Lovelytics Gen AI tools and IP development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of complex web applications using React, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and an exceptional user experience.
  • Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to develop technical solutions that meet client needs, participating in client meetings to understand requirements and provide technical expertise during the proposal phase.
  • Review, refine, and approve technical proposals to ensure alignment with client requirements and company capabilities, providing insights and recommendations to improve proposal quality and success rates.
  • Engage in full-stack development activities, including backend integration with Databricks, to create seamless data-driven applications.
  • Define and implement best practices in front-end architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance of applications.
  • Mentor and guide other developers by leading code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards, fostering a team culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Act as a technical liaison for clients, translating technical requirements into functional solutions, providing ongoing support and consultation as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of Full Stack Engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a traditional consulting environment and role.
  • Extensive experience with React, including state management, component design, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable front-end architectures with a proficient understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to collaborate with design teams to create user-centric interfaces.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks/libraries, experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or similar.
  • Proven experience working with Databricks, including data integration and visualization within front-end applications.
  • In-depth experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including deploying and managing front-end applications.
  • Experience in developing, reviewing, and approving technical proposals, particularly in a pre-sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and manage client relationships.
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, or Scala for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, crucial for effective client interaction and management.
