About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team at HearingLife. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care and aftercare services, including hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and education on best practices.
- Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Grow your patient population and meet practice financial goals while maintaining ethical practice standards.
- Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories, and maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and various payment methods.
- Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio.
- Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements.
Requirements:
- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
- 2+ years of Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
