Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients, counsel, experts, and courts, ensuring seamless case management.
  • Audit cases for expenses, including medical bills, case expenses, and subrogation liens.
  • Maintain accurate case management data in FileVine, our case management database.
  • Prepare trial documents and assist with trial preparation.
Requirements
  • Proficient in personal injury law, with a focus on motor vehicle collisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Case Management software, with a preference for FileVine.
