A competitive salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per year is offered for this role.

At Subway Placentia, we are seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team as Master Sandwich Craftspersons. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with colleagues, and deliver exceptional customer service.

We are proud owners of thirteen (13) Subway restaurants in Orange County, CA, including the 1st Subway that opened in California and only Subway in LA basin Airports at John Wayne Airport.

• Exhibit excellent communication skills while greeting guests and preparing their orders.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of menu items and provide accurate information to guests.
• Utilize Point of Sale systems to record orders and process payments efficiently.
• Perform cash handling procedures accurately, including accounting for all forms of money and inventory during shifts.
• Prepare food neatly and according to formula, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock items to maintain an adequate supply throughout the shift.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service, and clean-up.
• Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant, adhering to the 3-step cleaning method.
• Adhere to quality standards, formulas, and procedures outlined in the SUBWAY Operations Manual.
• Promote a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards as outlined in the SUBWAY Operations Manual.

• One year of prior work experience is preferred.
