- Document Patient Progress: Continuously assess and document patient progress toward rehabilitation goals, adapting treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care and provide personalized home exercise programs to support ongoing recovery.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate patient records, documenting assessments, treatments, progress notes, and changes in the patient's condition.
- Ensure Ethical and Legal Standards: Respect confidentiality, obtain informed consent, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity and responsiveness to meet the diverse backgrounds and needs of patients.
- Valid Physical Therapy State License: Must be valid and active.
- CPR and BLS Certification: Must be from the American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (with AED).
