Rebar Fabricator - 1st Shift

At Commercial Metals Company, we're looking for a skilled Rebar Fabricator to join our team on the 1st shift. As a Rebar Fabricator, you'll play a critical role in producing high-quality steel reinforcement products for various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate rebar fabrication equipment, such as shears, benders, cranes, forklifts, threaders, and welders.
  • Assist in loading fabricated rebar on trailers and unloading stock material from trailers.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and uphold the CMC Safety Culture.
  • Cross-train on multiple machines and equipment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders and steps.
  • Excellent communication skills.
