Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in extensive interactions with clients and government agencies.
  • Conduct thorough legal research.
  • Gather, assess, organize, and maintain documentation in compliance with established legal standards and procedures. Prepare comprehensive summaries, statistics, charts, and graphs that effectively communicate findings.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, consultants, and law firms, to collect necessary information.
  • Perform legal, factual, and legislative research to identify pertinent issues.
  • Develop and maintain departmental informational databases and manage records in complex cases.
  • Oversee docketing and data management for healthcare-related filing deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain case files, regulatory applications, submissions, attorney notebooks, and other essential materials.
  • Prepare and review forms and applications in alignment with federal and state regulations under the guidance of the assigned attorney.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in the healthcare sector with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, and communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
  • Attention to detail is crucial in composing, typing, and proofreading materials, as well as in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe software programs is required.
