Massage Therapist Job Description

At Solitude Mountain Resort, we are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at the Solitude Spa. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services to our guests, utilizing your expertise in aromatherapy, Swedish massage, hot stone massage, sports massage, and deep-tissue massage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality massage therapy treatments, including body wraps, body scrubs, and hot/cold stone massage.
  • Provide a variety of body treatments, including aromatherapy and sports massage.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional attitude, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adapt and customize massage therapy treatments to meet individual guest needs.
  • Stand for up to 6-8 hours per day, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Licensed massage therapist, with an active license to practice in the State of Utah.
  • Experience in aromatherapy, Swedish massage, hot stone massage, sports massage, and deep-tissue massage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations, with a flexible and positive attitude.
