Job Summary:
Genie Healthcare is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Catheterization Laboratory, including coronary and peripheral angiography, angioplasty, and stenting.
- Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and imaging systems.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement patient education programs to promote healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce medical errors.
Requirements:
- ARRT or RCIS certification
- 3 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care
