We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Super Service Auto Shops. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, writing service orders, and working closely with our team of ASE Certified Master Technicians.
Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, establish a relationship with them, and provide a positive experience.
- Service Writing: Write up customers, arrange shuttle pick-up, look up labor and parts, recommend needed repairs, and close out customer orders.
- Parts and Labor: Order parts, answer phone calls, handle returns, and provide excellent customer service.
- Teamwork: Work closely with our team of ASE Certified Master Technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a professional service writer or in a related field.
- Skillset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to sell value, and strong multitasking abilities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications: ASE Certification preferred.
- Competitive Salary: $65,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 401(k) matching.
- Paid Time Off: Up to 2 weeks of paid vacation and sick days.
