Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team in Newburgh, New York. This 13-week contract position requires a skilled professional to work as a CT Technologist, providing high-quality imaging services to patients.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a travel CT Technologist with Assured Nursing. The ideal candidate will have a current state license as a CT Tech and at least 2 years of recent experience in this field. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners, preparing patients for procedures, and maintaining accurate records. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to work effectively with patients, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images
  • Prepare patients for CT procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical histories and test results
  • Collaborate with medical staff to provide efficient and effective patient care
