Responsibilities:
* Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and other interventions as needed.
* Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and other data to identify potential complications and take proactive measures to prevent harm.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
* 1 year of experience in critical care/ICU nursing, with a strong focus on patient safety and quality care.
* Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and other healthcare technologies.
