We are seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience working with medically fragile individuals in a residential/community setting.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, resident and family education, and evaluation of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process
  • Instruct, counsel, and provide support to assigned residents
  • Maintain an environment that encourages proactive decision-making and growth
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) by PA. L.P.N. with experience in community nursing and/or providing services to the developmental disabilities population.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with trache, ventilation machines, G-tubes, and J-tubes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to use computers for documentation management
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
