About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our Plant Operations team at Talking Rain Beverage Company. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient collection, loading, shipping, and receiving of warehouse products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to complete accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and record-keeping duties.
  • Perform pre-flight inspections on forklift equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Manage product consolidation and rotation in the warehouse, adhering to First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principles.
  • Stack products safely, precisely, and according to standards.
  • Perform cycle count, inbound receipt, and outbound sales orders using an RD scanner.
  • Follow dock safety procedures and ensure loads are locked when in use.
  • Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and housekeeping standards by keeping work areas clean and organized.
  • Assist in inventory cycle counting and ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of forklift driving experience, warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to accommodate overtime and work other shifts and weekends as needed.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of $22/hour + shift differential for hours worked outside of 1st shift.
  • Discretionary bonus potential of up to $450 bi-annually, based on plant and company profitability.
  • Four days a week, with core hours of Monday - Friday, 3:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
  • A 4x12 schedule, with weekends off (Saturday & Sunday) and one rotating day off during the work week.
